they always down without any notification sent to customer via email. if we tell them about this, they simply says "they already told via their system". unfortunately we cannot enter their website. it says "server not found".
to @key900 what is you excuse now? do customers get rebate this time??

well....it is little bit awkward at this moment....as this is Saturday, i would like to move away from letbox but some vps provider is not Instant Activation setup.....i only need to wait letbox fix the issue...
By the way...will letbox give us SLA after this is fix ?

None of my servers came back up- status page shows operational. I rebooted my VMs, still didn't come back. I checked one of them via the noVNC console and it shows ArchLinux boot screen- it was a CentOS VM. Sigh
Update: Boot order was changed to CD-ROM then disk. My VMs live.

@key900 now port 53 blocking? my 2 VPS same, can't open port 53
@ramonwap, @key900, seeing the same issue on my VPS.
Inbound IPv4 UDP packets with either a source or destination port of 53 are being blocked. Problem does not exist if using TCP or IPv6 addresses.
I've submitted an issue ticket. Have you? The more people raise the issue, the higher the chance they will fix it.

Their level 1 support just suggested I change my /etc/resolv.conf to be 8.8.8.8.
This was after I submitted 'dig' results using targetted IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and UDP and TCP DNS transports.
