Your fault for believing a scamming liar. If you paid with credit card via PayPal, charge back there, they will get dinged with an extra $25.

I think they're probably not a company I would recommend, and even one I would recommend against, but not within the threshold of me taking action. They're not a scam, they clearly provide some degree of service, they're just not good.

StackVPS told @xzonisy to close the dispute and refund outside the dispute, yet @elgs and @xzonisy still have not received refund until now. So is it a fraud or scam !?
I lost $2.99 and I gave up already. I don't want to waste any time on this scam which @jarland the lord of LET doesn't believe is.
It's not that I don't agree with you guys that it's terrible. We've never banned hosts for dishonest practices (unless related to breaking LET rules), even when nearly every member here agreed that they disliked the host. Not that I've noticed at least.
Anyone remember ChicagoVPS former reputation? The BuffaloVPS issue? Point is, I'm not taking an unusual position here. There are still some areas where I'm following precedent set by former administrators, this would be one. I'm not comfortable calling this ban worthy, I am comfortable telling you to keep telling your story about them as often as you like.

Our paypal got limited because of an asian boy who sent a payments from a stolen account ( the guy who posted a thread about us here )
there is another guy who wanted a refund because he didn't want the vps for the current time.
I have asked him to open a dispute on paypal in just a few days he got what he wanted
But he still want the money ? this is like a stupid thing i never seen before .

I think Refund Fail, due to first time I cancel the dispute, and I didn't get any refund
I got a official Fax from my Bank, due to @stackvps want me to cancel the dispute at first time, therefore Paypal won't refund anyway.
also you lie to Paypal, you didnt re-active my account , my account didn't re-active since Jan.
I didn't get the Refund from Paypal, the reason is your request of dispute cancellation.
I still post comment under your offer until I got my refund from you.
