You were saying he ddos your server, then post an image from your DC's email. Then use that IP and photoshop his real VPS's IP with the IP from the DC. You are being very dis-honest here.

The DC sent an email regarding his vps server ips that used for ddos-attacking + he was a scammer our paypal stopped because of his transaction .
Why you can't talk about :
1 - the loss because of stopping clients servers.
2 - his lies about cpu loading because of one mysql !
3 - the Ddos-attack
4 - the limitation of our paypal account .

By the way about paypal, I believe only one or few chargebacks should not limit your paypal. You must have done something very WRONG for paypal to limit your account.
