Crisp recently released a 2.0 of their chat, right? If you are on a paid plan, can you share how reliable the extra features are? I am interested especially in the video chat that they are now offering. Thanks.

It's listed in their features section here: https://crisp.chat/en/livechat/ , I suppose it's a new one as it wasn't there the last time I checked their website.
I am sorry, I saw it now. But it's available on Unlimited Plan only where I have Pro plan.

It's light, it's custom, it's free.
For years i use osticket but with time i'm bored and decide to change.
Whmcs is good, but solution like whcms, clientexe etc it's different product.
How do you guys deal with users who prefer calls?
We are happy using a two level scheme where WhatsApp solves basic questions and tickets, remote control and emails solve the real problems .
At my current organization, we're using Kayako (Classic) and switching to FreshDesk. For my new venture, Kayako (New).
Agile CRM also supports tickets. I'm playing with Agile + Drift + Zapier.
