Nope no invoice, auto deducted from balance each month start when you create the vm
They have just started a survey for those who want to get a free-month voucher.
Let's sum up what we're missing and let the host know about it.
agreed @ArubaCloud
but I received this?
if not a customer you can always use their free trial: https://www.arubacloud.com/free-trial.aspx which gives you 2€ credit balance to check their product...

I remember reading in a thread on LET that someone never got notifications which resulted in a suspended VM. Either they fixed this issue or implemented this notification feature recently, or it wasn't Aruba Cloud, in which case I beg my pardon.
Thanks for letting us know.
FYI: IPv6 (a proper/64) is around the corner for their Cloud servers (incl. the low-end 'Smart' one). Already deployed at one of their DCs...
+1, found an IPv6 option along with a /64 subnet waiting for me in their UK location. They only assigned one address, but apparently, you can add additional ones.
It seems IPv6 is now available at all their Equinix-based DCs in Paris, Frankfurt and London. Just a FYI.
Ubuntu 16.04 template available, but not IPv6 compatibilite.
You've misunderstood. You've quoted a list of recommendation that a forum was making for Aruba, which implies the feature does not exist.
The email you've received advising that your VM is suspended for resource exhaustion implies that it still does not exist.
I got my IPv6 for the DE location
IPv6 is available only in DC4(FR)-5(DE)-6(UK) at the moment...
I just registered. It looks like you can make min deposit of 1 Euro now.
Was that the case before?
yes , did this while signing up back in september '15
Ubuntu 14.04 template IPv6 compatibilite but 16.04 template not. Tested DE location yesterday.
Good news everyone! I just found that they added the FreeBSD template.
@ArubaCloud keep up with the improvements!
I will just remind that we have this To Do list ;-)

Purchased and got one in the UK datacenter, I am very happy with the deal but I cannot fathom why they would think about making US customers pay VAT... It is morally and legally wrong.
EDIT: Not able to connect or ping my VPS but in the panel it states that it is up.
EDIT2: Pinged other servers in the address range and they responded. Perhaps this is an issue with just my server...?
Open an billing ticket to remove VAT maybe some firewall issue in your vps
Although give an reboot in the panel
Already tried giving it multiple reboots. Others are unable to ping it, too.
Password reset via sms seems to be broken. Dang.
I'd try and reinstall (you need to stop it in the control panel and use the initialize option), maybe something went wrong on the first install.
I have a UK VM there too and could try to ping or trace your IP from within the DC if that helps...
@SpicyPepper did you try to re-install your VM, boot it via control panel, and wait about 5 mins, then try to ping your VM's IP address?
Yeah, that didn't work either.
Yo, anyone got it working with Windows? do we have to pay monthly license?
Windows was free with mine, only caveat is that you have to purchase the second package or higher to have the option of installing Windows.
Thanks! need to pass this then
First, install Ubuntu 14.04, enabling IPv6 (...checkbox).
Second, re-install the VPS with their Ubuntu 16.04 template: IPv6 is still there.
Is there any way to ping each dc? the test ips from the first page don't work anymore.
