I love your offers but one question what is the difference in the Farmer package and the Vagrant package? they seem to offer the same specs but the Vagrant package has a higher price.

Interested in one of their plans (see [1] ), but their TOS/AUP is just outrageously restrictive, for example:
Riiiiiight... So no HTTPD? FTPD? Not to mention system daemons like crond, syslogd, etc.
I understand they want to protect their service, but this is just too much.

This should not be dramatized, they just don't want to be a DDoS source point or target. So they don't allow IRC, similar staff and it sounds reasonable to me.
On the bright side of things, it also implies "no systemd", yay! ;-P
Let me sum up the TOS:
No illegal crap
No CPU-intensive crap
No DDoS magnets
No abuse magnets(like Public VPN)
You realize this also is way too open-ended, no? For example, a personal torrent client is allowed? What if I only download legal torrents?

Torrenting will abuse I/O. If you can limit it and you will download only legal torrents for private use, sure go ahead. Any DMCA received though will result in suspension.
