Q: Do you allow gameservers?
Because most gameservers generally attract (D)DoS attacks, we are currently do not allow them on our network. This also applies to voiceservers such as Teamspeak and Mumble.
Q: Can I run a VPN?
Private VPN servers are perfectly fine with us. Public ones, however, are not.
Q: What's your refund policy?
We do have a 30-day refund policy for your first service with us.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via PayPal, BitPay, and 2Checkout.
Q: Do you have a test IP/file?
We do, but you will need to submit a ticket.
Q: Do you offer instant setup?
Only VikingLayer orders are instantly provisioned. All other VPS platforms are manually provisioned by our staff within 12 hours, assuming you past all initial screenings. Please provide valid personal details and use your residential IP to order to prevent delays.

drServer started offering service around November of 2013, so we're close to 2 and a half years old. We currently manage a total of 6 brands across 4 locations.
I've heard rumours that drServer will be less active and won't add any new "things". Is this true?
I try to push for expansions, but it's up to management to actually do it
