Quite low user number per server too since these are so large slots, and all current servers have only 4x8TB drives.
Bandwidth is now UNLIMITED internal as well! Meaning our DC internal bandwidth will never be limited. External bandwidth has some limits, but the Unlimited* is 60TB and is for fair share purposes, there are other users on the server too.

Think of it as a storage brick, with more focus on downloading content from torrents. Not sure if you can install any storage app, but it can be used to mount on your other server to store content or serve files.

We do not impose limits on how you use the service. Be mindfull of RAID0 and being a shared server tho (so perhaps not best place to place your bitcoin wallet with 10btc in it)
Yes it can be, you get SSH access so you can do lots of stuff via cli. rclone, btsync, resilio, syncthis etc. is preinstalled, config and launch for example.
fuse is there for things like sftp / sshfs mounts too -- for example some of our users get secondary seedbox just for storage and uses fuse sshfs mount to extend their primary seedbox, or to arrange data etc.

You can, several is preinstalled and if you can install it without root access you are golden. You should be able to even install ownCloud or Nextcloud etc.

I hope nzbget is not allowed. Considering its a HDD and shared with multiple users, it will be very taxing on the resources. Gdrive mounts are possible due to availability of FUSE. Rclone is already installed. So you just have to configure your team drive with it before mount.

random r/w disk speed(latency) will affect the speed of seeding, but that's good offer, if there is a SSD plan may be even better.(lower than 5EUR/TB)
To be honest, that is quite expected result when the whole server is filled with all new users in matter of hours
It will ease off over time, we typically consider first 2 weeks to be the most hectic for a new server filled with new users at same time. Every one tests things out, puts it through the paces etc. and then usage normalizes

but got stuck at the step of changing ports because there was no directory “emby” in var/lib/.
Quick Q for the Deluge users out here. I already asked support but wanted to ask here bc something ain't 100% with my knowledge
Does Deluge need ports to be opened to ensure I can always connect to a peer even if the peer's port is closed?

Just run the server without changing ports amd it'll create config file in your data directory.
Good god this outperforms my HostSolutions 6TB 6GB 6 vCore el'Cheapo so badly it makes even that look like a bad deal. I thought the HostSolutions price was so good I prepaid for some years already but now this service is blowing it out the water and it's managed lmfao :-(
I managed to install Jellyfin and while it works for direct play, the interface is extremely slow thanks to it being on what I assume is HDD with other people writing to/reading off of it.
I'd assume Emby would turn out the same way even if you did get it installed.

I hope there is a CPU throttle in place to avoid abuse of server resources conaidering its a shared server. Transcoding will negatively impact CPU for others.

I just set up MinIO to serve the files and use an rclone remote on a Hetzner Helsinki cloud server to run Jellyfin/Plex. Most people wouldn't notice the difference since they're both in Helsinki anyway. You could also do it over SFTP/FTP but somehow serving an S3-compatible storage solution is more responsive (probably placebo but I didn't fiddle around more since it already works so well).
