IPXCore have answered all of my tickets very quickly, and my VPS was set up instantly after payment. I doubt you submitted a ticket if they haven't answered. @Damian has been very helpful to me and has never let a ticket go unanswered.

I got a reply to mine today as well. Live chat is online when @Damian or Adam is online. There are a few other staff members though that answer tickets
Edit: just saw you got a reply. no point in posting on LET. that's an acceptable response time in my opinion.
Everything under 24 hours are more than acceptable, with this price even > 48 hours must be acceptable!

Sort of gives me bad vibes about @joodle.
Damian has had alot of stress, no excuse however, and you'll get your ticket answered, his LiveChat is generally covered 24/7.

@Damian has had lots of stress recently due to servers and stuff and has had some issues with the DC which are now resolved. I can't help but feel sorry for Damian as he really doesn't deserve this as he's a nice, cool guy. I'm sure it will all go well for him now, but please just wait for a response to the ticket and don't come crying on LET when you don't get a response for 3 hours.
I would accept 24 hours for non-urgent issues. There is no point in trying to put IPXCore to shame by posting on here as it doesn't help anything. Keep everything to tickets..they will get responded to!
If I was damian i'd reject this guys order, refund him.
But that's me. I'm wary of these types of people whom may start using the service for "funny" behaviour.
I probably would do the same..I certainly wouldn't come crying on LET if my ticket didn't get answered in a few hours.

Additionally, your VPS was up and running, but WHMCS didn't send the 'New Server Information' email for whatever reason.
I'd prefer to not have this guy (@joodle) for customer too.

@Zen true that, but his track record doesnt hold much for him does it? He is a customer, but smart customers go to the seller directly, rather than ranting on a forum he's active on.
For instance, if I bought a DVD from ebay, and hadnt received it within 72 hours as promised, I would contact him, not ebay, or a ebay fan site.
This is just a way for him to get some publicity.
