Check GinerNet (Voxility).
What is the plan your looking for, our ddos protection can handle Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7.
What are you looking for? We can do this in Los Angeles
ClamHost can offer you this in Los Angeles from $4m/o
Filtering Included is up to 20Gbps / 12Mpps with up to 80Gbps DDoS Mitigation available if a client requires it. The L7 Filtering is done by DPI by Hardware Devices and seems to block most if not all L7 Floods that our clients experience.
Our main site is also protected by this that comes under flood a lot.
From my experience Voxility and x4b are good for http flood type attacks, staminus not so.
x4b is good but i cant afford their price.
@nexmark has Seattle CNServers which is good. Or blazing fast have it in AMS you must request it however
