While good, the more I browse his work the less I want to order from him. His pricing is b.s. (pay ANOTHER $400 on top of his already high pricing for branding removal what?)
Most of his designs look extremely flashy as well (which is not always good). The only design I feel he toned down on and is really good is the iwstack design.
Of course, it's all personal opinion
Well also has the guys http://akdesigner.com/
I'd do a posting on Freelancer. You'll have to swift through some spam offers but you'll find someone to get the job done in a few hours.
PM me I'm pretty good at design if I say so myself.
In PM I can show portfolio.
Looking forward to see a new site of MSP:)
I would recommend akdesigner too :-)
Try posting on oDesk.com Just check the freelancer/agency's feedback from previous clients.
i use elance.
Those designs got outdated like 3 years ago
Look for a designer on Dribbble -> https://dribbble.com/tags/vps
His designs look so outdated..
I'm also a web designer. Feel free to check out my portfolio at https://woohuiren.me
That site lags way too much - and I have an i7 using Chrome!
Apart from the scrolling it works fine for me. Too many animations though
Pretty sure most of it is gpu accelerated
But yes a bit slow.
I'd agree with that. It looks like he has the credentials but for what he's charging, his clients should own the work outright. The designs do look good though (I didn't look at the source to see how clean it is mind you).
That's the way we are supposed to write animations on websites. :P
That site is using a lot of JavaScript to animate, in place of just CSS3 (easier to work with, but a lot slower), and at this point only CSS can offload to the GPU (more or less). A great deal of the animation are blocked on the one JavaScript thread - which is where the slowness is coming from.
no problems with AMD powered hardware + Firefox.
Alright, sorry about the lag, I've reduced the amount of animations. Hope I didn't give too much of a bad first impression.
You should see my current projects that I haven't yet uploaded to the portfolio, they make the existing portfolio look even duller
http://work.varcoedesign.com makes some pretty awesome designs.
@harzem really great work!
