Get the myrepublic network engineers to balance their outgoing AS paths if they intend for more traffic to come through AS132132. As you can see most of the incoming is still via Starhub AS4657 because it's directly connected to AS132047 where your IP sits. It's not using much of the AS132132 routes because it's a longer path so the starhub path is preferred most of the time.
Anyway, below is probably your worst nightmare. Traceroute from SG via a PCCW-only network. Your IP not advertised at all by PCCW even though AS132132 has PCCW in it's mix.
