OVH does not allow torrents. If you resell someone, be sure to read TOS... BTW they also does not really allow streaming.

You should really carefully look at their words
Software installation is allowed (i.e. if you do apt-get install rtorrent - no problem), but transferring content via them is not allowed. There are really little "legal torrents", maybe 0.001% of all torrents and when you say "allow torrents" it's not good term.

As they said "transferring illicit material is forbidden". I see no problem in saying "Allow torrents" here, as we will take action when we receive abuse complaints, just like other VPS usage purposes.

Personally, when I grab a copyrighted crap via torrent, I usually see a lot of peers from OVH.
OVH' behavior is usually very different when it comes to non-french.

Try to install windows server 2008R2 on kvm storage, and connect with RDP, all working fine, but vps very slowly, i'm buy 1 GB Ram, and 512MB Ram, same speed... all slowly for windows, and i ask to support, they not allow to upgrade ram or cpu only.. any suggest?
ok let me give some review about the storage vps, speed is not stable, performance also so so maybe too many abuse, but if you looking for *unlimited bandwidth its not really bad choice (for torrenting).
