I doubt that you'll find anything better than http://winity.io.
HostMyBytes have great offer for yearly Linux VPS, not sure about Windows. Try to contact them www.hostmybytes.com
I want windows
@DalekOfSkaro They are so expensive am looking for cheaper
RunAbove?
What i can recommend is simply purchase C2758 from gvh,
You'll find a bunch of bad reviews & it's true enough that their support is much more than weird, but i'm using it myself & uptime & network is pretty stable & good enough to recommend.
If you think winity is costly then I'm sorry to let you know , no one else can statisfy your pricing. ( unless you go for eval license ).
Did you really just promote GVH? How much were you paid?
If Canada is OK with you, MyCustomHosting has an offer for 4GB RAM, 4 Cores, 40GB HDD, 4TB bandwidth at 21USD/quarter.
You need COA to buy Windows VPS from them.
We do have something over here; we can scale to your needs, we take payment via PayPal or Stripe.

Well you can estimate about that
I can give you a server at $5/month to play however I won't offer any more quality than GVH~
@drserver will give you the best sustainable offer that's in the market. If you can't make a deal with him, it would be a sign to modify your request.
I would have to say Winity.io is one of the cheapest if not the cheapest. I used them for around 2 months with no issues caused by them.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see any SugarVPS plans on the @drserver hostbill when I click on the order link.
