  Network isnt that good, 10ms higher as OVH, and sometimes even more.
  
  OVH has 33ms in average but Firstheberg 44-50ms+ from Germany/Swiss

  Hmm and CPU modell , or anything ? I will order one today and see it how work.

  Quite a lot of downtime and reboots on the VPS, but much better now.

  I don't think they do, and btw don't believe any ETAs they will give you. I remember on their dedis it was "next week" about 2 years ago; and it's still not available to this day.
