It's down. No word on the cause yet.
Yeah, now its back online...
Partial outage affecting some clients. You should receive an RFO now. If you were affected, there is a service credit you can request.
Glad it didn't impact us.
Nope, glad that its everything back online.
The entire CNServers network is currently down.
Strange. BuyVM only moved away from them a week or two ago. Hopefully CNS resolves everything.
@Nick_A any issues with you guys? I've seen no reported issues.
That was short lived, everything is now online again
A few minutes ago Spectrum Networks appears having issues which affected our traffic routing through them. We have remove them now and getting in touch with them see what's going on.
Hi Jack, thanks I'm glad that prompt action was taken to bring the network back online. Have a good rest of your Sunday!
This issue affected the customers route through Spectrum in our Portland location. Our Seattle POP were not affected.
As @CNSjack indicated, we are not impacted by virtue of using their Seattle POP.
The CNServers network has been completely down for the past 30 minutes @CNSjack.
We received this e-mail from CNSERVERS approximately one hour ago:
"Subject: EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Dear Customers,
We are performing an emergency maintenance to a failing distribution switch. There will be intermittent loss of network during this maintenance for 100Mbit server customers and certain remote protection customers. The maintenance is expected to be completed by 2:00AM PDT. We apologize for the inconvenience. "
This appears to affect only their Portland customers -- our link with CNSERVERS in Seattle is working fine.
