The dead has arisen...back online...for now.
Oops...down 10 minutes later...
This thread is funny
Essentially, me
down again 8:15 am UTC Sunday
My VPS is still online as is their website. NodePing isn't showing any outages for the past 32 hours.
Weird, both of my monitors show no downtime for the past 32 hours. Looks like vpsBoard was down because of their filtered IP.
Yes, it is up now. But it was definitely down (confirmed by isup.me) for at least several minutes around that time, 8:15 am UTC. My VPS in NJ was up the whole time this week when their site and the LV location were having issues, but today when I tried to use the control panel for something, I couldn't connect to their website. Maybe it was just a brief glitch.
Sounds like the problem is with their DDOS filtered IPs since all of the things that were offline (website, control panels, vpsboard, etc...) were all using filtered IPs. I don't have a filtered IP so my LV VPS is online a lot more often than vpsBoard.
Down again. Is the new router getting installed?
Down Again. Please get it right!
Down again!
Yep, it's down yet again.
From my home connection:
From my work VPN:
Back up.
Not quite back yet, at least not from my end. I'm still seeing ~75% packet loss to buyvm.net (took about 2 minutes to load the website) and I still can't access my VPS at all.
I get a timeout while trying to access their website here...
This is funny: it they were CVPS, rain of bad words and wishes would rain. I hope they can fix this soon!
I think people appreciate the way BuyVM handle these situations and trust the brand enough to assume all is being done that can be done.
But wouldn't it be better if those things would not even happen? At least not with that frequency? Most of my Prometeus VMs, just for example, have been up for 100% of the time since months and months. Whenever I was with BuyVM in the past, that kind of uptime was never reached.
Must be that home network they are running. #fail.
Are you talking about ChicagoVPS? I didn't realize they were down as well.
It seems down.
Ha! #bigmouthstrikesagain
Must be you, got a solid connection over here
failed
I look forward to some more stability soon.
We have nodes on lv-storage07 and lv-storage08 that have over the last few weeks had poor uptime and can only be considered as unreliable.
We have had emails from Frantech, however it does not look they are on top of things.
DOWN DOWN DOWN!!!
lv-storage06 make my mysql crash
BuyVM is very unreliable for now!!!!
http://www.servethehome.com/index.html has been down for the same timeframe, and I know they currently colocate at Fiberhub too
It seems that they've set every plan's stock to 0. Weird.
I just checked yesterday, some plans had over 30~ available.
it was up earlier, down now
