@joereid , @K2Bytes : Careful after McPhil's latest explosion here on LET.
Have a link to the offer?
Sorry, also explain the CPU units... I come from a VMware background
Not many people is going tell you this, buy you need to change either your expectations about reliability or your budget.
I would still recommend him.He is not good at PR & representing his company publicly but he provides a good product with high uptime & is very good at handling technical stuff. Every human being has some short comings, no one is perfect.So to target someone just because he is not good at PR is not a good thing.Also as a sincere well wisher of mycustomhosting I would recommend @MCHPhil to ask someone else from his company to handle PR & to represent MCH on forums.If there is no one suitable within the company then he should try to someone who is good at those things.
I also would still recommend him. If you need hand-holding or are dumb enough to charge back while you have other active services, sure maybe he's not for you.
Generally if you're pleasant to people and have realistic expectations you'll be fine with almost every provider.
It's almost always the entitled people who expect the world for their $6/yr who are rude and post those threads.
Well said
