Best Dedicated Server Provider for game servers

I'm hosting hobby game servers (TF2/Starbound/etc) on a dedicated server I have. However, I'm looking for a better host, if possible. I don't have any specific specs in mind, but RAM, CPU, and good networking are key (Low ping for most places inside the US is best). My budget is ~$90. Anyone have any suggestions and/or offers?
Edit: My current specs on my server at [host] are:
32GB of RAM and
Intel Xeon 1245v2 HT (4 cores/8 threads)

Reliablesite.net is good for this.
Although if for some strange reason you are looking in Europe i3d.. Just coz they are cool
We offer dedicated servers in Dallas TX. Do you ever get any attacks / DDOS?
Not very often, although I can't assume that it's -Not- going to happen
If you are going to host gameservers then you definitly will get DDoS attacks..
you really will need DDoS protection (atleast around 2gbit.)
@Void_Whisperer I can vouch for Fliphost, they're network at Dallas is solid and their support is fantastic.
What sort of cpu are you looking for? More cores or higher clock speeds?
As long as the clock speed is high enough to run source servers at a decent speed, I'd rather more cores over speed. (I'm trying to find a median because I don't want to sacrifice performance for more servers necessarily)
So older non E3 cpu's would be an option? You could pick up 3 dual X5150's for your budget giving you 12 cores and 48GB of RAM from Delimiter.
I actually recently got a dedi from there, and realized that I have horrible ping to the servers due to cogent and comcast not getting along - so that is not an option sadly
@Void_Whisperer Try our looking glass: http://tx.lg.queryfoundry.net/
Still looking at this point
How would Steadfast Networks in Chicago work for you? We could do an E3 system there within your budget.
QuickPacket has overall pretty good servers, reliability, and network (but terrible support, it feels like you are talking to a machine; also my server went down four times for an hour each time this month, but in the past it's been much better). If you haven't had a problem on your current server with DDoS then there's no reason to expect that you will have big problems in the future with it.
They're currently out of stock on Dual Intel Xeon L5420, but you can get this one instead (slightly better CPU and more RAM): http://quickpacket.com/billing/cart.php?a=add&pid=101
QuickPacket has servers in Atlanta / Las Vegas.
Vapor Node (https://vapornode.com/) probably is also good, they're out of stock though.
Still looking around. I'd rather a system better than my current one since I'm giving up DDoS protection of the server in most cases ;/
@Void_Whisperer What do you currently have? If you'd like to chat you can email me directly at rtrettin[at]vapornode[dot]com : )

We have the same specs on our OVH box which is primarily used for game servers and it is great.
10 source game servers and 2 minwcraft servers. Total Max players 434, average total player count per hour is about 50-60 buy climbs to 120+ at peak times.
RAM is useless without good storage (SSD or RAID)
CPU is also rarely the cause of lag, it might go up because of iowait, but the causer is always some slow shitty SATA disk. This is also the reason why upgrading RAM in some cases solve the lag.
I host tf2 servers for competitive lobbies mainly - and in some of the more desolate areas of the US, people have 100+ ping from ovh, which is an issue.
Our cheapest servers run E3-1270v2 which is a 3.5GHz 4C/8T processor. That includes 100Mbps Unmetered bandwidth. Our network is very good. I could waive the setup fee?

Sorry, but $190/month is WAY out of my budget
Don't you feel sorry. It's not like he offered a special deal, he just bluntly resells Calihop...
@Void_Whisperer Your email has been responded to. Just letting you know!
Glad that pointing out something obvious makes you feel smart
