Webuzo supports Ubuntu and CSF, however I don't know how great it is at managing CSF, I didn't think any control panels were.
Why do you need a control panel? CSF configuration is pretty straight forward.
What is CSF?
A firewall.

You could also take a look at Ajenti.

CSF has a built in web interface, but it's disabled by default. Check out the "Integrated User Interface" section towards the bottom of csf.conf. It's actually pretty good, though it's its own HTTP daemon so it does use a bit more memory.
