Well, that alone can't say lot... E.g., if you have a tech department of 20 people with combined 10 years of experiance, that means 6 months each!

(Ah, a question: what does semi-managed means? I mean, what exactly do you offer as managment with your plan?)
@jvnadr While you do have a point, that isn't exactly true here. In any case, semi-managed means that we will gladly install software for you and troubleshoot basic issues. This is on top of the typical level of support you would receive with any other provider such as monitoring resource usage, abuse, and uptime.
Of course, we will not access your VPS at all without your explicit permission. We do respect the privacy of our client's information and data.
