Cheapest KimSufi Reseller?
Hey everyone, long time no see. I just got back home from a vacation with the family and I have recently received $100 to my Paypal from an online company. Now that I have extra cash to spend, I am looking into buying a cheap dedicated server. However, I tried signing up with KimSufi (OVH) and they want A LOT of verification showing that I am "Jeffrey". They want my: Credit Card Number, Permit, House Phone Number and more.. I cannot show them such verification as I am only 16 years old. Anyways, the only payment gateway I can use at the moment is PayPal. Do you know which host offers their cheapest Kimsufi server very cheap?
So far I have found these:
http://www.10gb.in/whmcs/cart.php?gid=7
http://www.ultimatehostings.com/dedicated.php
http://www.dediresell.com/kimsufi.html
My Budget is $30/Month or Lower and I would like the option to add additional IP Addresses. The main purpose why I want a dedicated server is so I can mess with the OpenVZ Kernel and possibly others.

Both ultimatehostings and dediresell offer atom lower than your budget. But I never heard about both company.
Hmmm, I was thinking on getting one of these Kimsufis... if they want all that info... then I pass u_u
http://pulsedmedia.com/personal-dedicated-servers.php & "TIPERMANENT5" = 5% off recurring
I have a 2G with them locked at 18.97€, and no complaints so far
@Adam I've actually read about them today just by googling "Cheapest Kimsufi Reseller" and lots of people have recommended them. Thanks for the coupon! Although, in their WHMCS, they only let you add A LOT of IP Addresses at once.
€20/month
Just ordered a 2G from their .ie site. At $20/mo it should be a decent system to learn on. Hope they enjoy my heavily censored drivers license and bank statement.
become a reseller and sell it to me at $21.
Deal.
do i get to reboot/reinstall as i wish?
You'll have to write me a 1000 word paper each time.
Just wondering, exactly what does Kimsufi ask you for when you want to register? I'm thinking about maybe getting one.
I also have two servers with them, one 2G and one of the specials... and no verification was asked. Only my normal address and I paid by bank transfer.
And yesterday I ordered a small /30 for 4 IPs - but 4,8€ for that are very expensive
Let me have a try. http://pastebin.com/ts3d1fTM
@fan: Copy & Paste or nerd-style with a scripting language + for, while, whatever?
@Mee
Your user account has not yet been validated.
To order, please send the following two documents to [email protected] by quoting your nichandle: ********
Proof of ID:
ID card
Permit
Passport
Proof of address:
Bill (Gas, electricity, telephone)
Bank statement
Official correspondence
WTF, why would I give my passport online..
@Infinity Apparently it's asking me all of this information because of this:
The country you have selected is not a trusted country. When you place your first order, we will check your customer account. Please provide correct information.
Une fois vérifications passées vous pourrez commander normalement tous nos produits.
If the USA isn't a trusted country, I wonder what Iran, North Korea etc. would be.
@DotVPS None yet.. Still looking for a cheaper one.
@Jeffrey this one is 17euro's/month, it however is dutch: http://www.isgenoeg.nl/
a friend of mine has a dedi there for his minecraft server, says me its pretty good, but I myself have no experience with them...
@Raymii That is Kimsufi. lol
@Jeffrey I thought that the site i mentioned was via OVH? Is Kimisufi also via OVH?
Have a looks at worldstream.nl they have some pretty cheap dedi's under special offers.
I don't think it's a reseller, I think it's just OVH NL.
@Infinity OVH has their own NL domain and (sometimes funny translated), dutch page: http://ovh.nl
@AnthonySmith
Seems no good provider, but no own experience with them.

You could try FranceDedicatedServers.
@Jeffery, I would also suggest that while looking for a Kimsufi reseller, to look for one that's been around for some time and has a lot of positive reviews!
Almost every Kimsufi reseller selling cheap seems to go belly up.
I have purchased my Kimsufi Dedi from a Kimsufi reseller http://seedroots.com. I mainly went with them because they have good reviews on torrent forums, and when they have stock, it is instant setup! I told the admin that I won't be using it for torrents and he let manage it myself with OVH's Manager3. The admin there is very nice and he got me all setup within 20 minutes of purchase, it was truly instant setup.
This is an offtopic question, but are you from freevps.us?
