AzzaVPS ping gets a 100% loss

I only paid and started three days ago and now ping gets a 100% loss.
They said using Tor broke their AUP but there was no AUP when I looked before paying.
Does anyone know better?

Your title is misleading! It seems that azzavps did not disappeared nor gives no ping. And they clearly state the non-tor policy at their knowledge base (http://azzavps.com/knowledgebase/2/Terms-of-Service.html):
No customer may use their VPS for the following:
So putting something up on Lowendbox gets replies like that.
I am not confused. I went looking before I paid. The fact that you found it now says nothing relevant to my situation.
I pinged it and got 100% loss. Does that confuse you? I type in very short sentences for the clarity.
The link they sent me in the email confirming the account on the server had been readied did not work so I pinged that and the main one then looked here and posted.
Generally I've felt the tit-for-tat typed tittle-tattle on these fora was not even worth a glance. It is proven in this case.

Well, I use them for a proxy server in the US. The TOS I found, is the same in google snapshots in early December (http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?num=30&site=&source=hp&q=cache:http://azzavps.com/knowledgebase/2/Terms-of-Service.html&oq=cache:http://azzavps.com/knowledgebase/2/Terms-of-Service.html&gs_l=hp.3...1263.3711.0.4739.7.7.0.0.0.0.159.904.1j6.7.0....0...1c.1.32.hp..2.5.631.GbaxSkO7aD8) . Their homepage / client area are still up for me, and my proxy vps works fine (I'm watching hulu!). You mean that your vps is not pinging, or not?
AND I wasn't running a Tor exit node. It is a relay. That means nothing is retained on the server to break USA laws and nothing can be known of what passes through. Therefore there is nothing to be deleted from the hard drive.
I just looked again at the Terms of Service under FAQ on the front page (not my first choice if I were being clear) and it has nothing about AUP. A search using their site does not produce anything for AUP.
Tor relays may likely come under the protection of USA laws in regards to internet providers being part of the internet structure similar to a telephone excange being impossible to hold responsible for conversations on lines connected to it.
Why don't you run a Tor relay?
Your name ..
Anyway if you haven't broken any TOS do a chargeback.
inb4 chicago node.
their chicago node has been offline for a few days now. Although their ATL node is still up.
Probably deadpooling soon.
Node20 (Missouri) is up (my vps):
top - 22:58:46 up 31 days, 3:23, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
Tasks: 29 total, 1 running, 28 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
But their uptime (website and solus gate) was terrible last week, as their homepage saying:
Saiku said: Probably deadpooling soon
Let's see!
It's not like I use my AzzaVPS for anything critical, their ATL node was down for a good 4-5 days then it's back up. Right now, their Chicago node is down. Honestly don't know what causes it, but if I take a guess it's probably an overdue bill to CC.
Mine is back up after rebooting.
Sofa so good.
I doubt that, no DC will play yo-yo with the servers of some customer for a late bill it is either suspended or not.
oops. yeah
