Location must be USA
Atleast 96MB Ram
Budget doesn't really matter (Must be under $7 Ofcourse)
I couldn't find any at LEB site
Seen RethinkVPS but i've been with them but don't want a server from them

And you plan on using all 3000GB? If you can find a dedicated 10Mbps connection for under $7 then please let me know, I'm really interested.
Ditto.
OK, I'll go ahead and say it. I think you're nuts.
It's possible, just not common
Francisco
Wow. Thank god, atleast he didn't ask for 300GB disk, It is possible but at this pricepoint I'm not really sure how good it will be.
Storage requirement?
I've personally haven't seen this but that doesn't mean someone out there isn't offering it. Let us know what you find.
I am not sure if you can find a host that will stay in business providing that much bandwidth for under $7. There are also companies that provided "unlimited" bandwidth but oftentimes it's capped or just slow.
There is an offer from a new company in the "offers section" for 20TB bandwidth for under $7/month but it is in Europe.
You should check out 2host. http://2host.com/
I once saw a 10mbit unmtered one on lowendbox but i can't find that one anymore
RubyRingTech has unmetered 10mbit on all plans.
THANK YOU!!

No more 15€ plans?
http://enotchnetworks.com/site/vps is pretty good. I first used them in early 2010, left for a year, and now have been using them since April. Pretty good provider.
10TB BW? wow...
I was longtime Enotch user. last down time (over a month or 5 weeks of downtime and without any answer) caused me to left that company.
2host most of the time has problem with disk I/O. As far as I know, many of LEB user left 2host including LEA.
