Hello,

I do speak French, sorry for my bad English.

I ordered a new VPS. I installed WHM / Cpanel.

After I transferred my account that were on my old VPS.

Now when I am sending an email to a person who is in Gmail or Hotmail, it is blocked. The person does not receive it and it is my back.

I checked to see if my IP was blakclisté, but it did not.

http://mxtoolbox.com/

Can you help me solve this problem?

Because I have not found a solution.

thank you

  • Did you setup SPF and DKIM records properly?

  • Pensez à mettre rDNS de votre adresse IP, définissez également les enregistrements DKIM et SPF pour votre domaine.

    Yes, I solved the problem with adding Google + include: __spf.google.com

    Before I had

    v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:XXX.XX.XXX.XXX ~all

    Now I

    v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:XXX.XX.XXX.XXX +include:__spf.google.com ~all

    But still no solution for Hotmail

  • Most importantly; does it happen only with gmail or hotmail ?

    SPF records let you approve a mail server as your sender. If you are using GApps to send emails for your domain, +include:__spf.google.com will help, otherwise not. As long as you have approved your ip as in +ip4:212.83.147.x, all mail receivers will recognise you as approved sender. No need to specify Hotmail.

    Your address is listed (maybe incorrectly) at SORBS DUHL. That could be your problem if Hotmail thinks is a dynamic address too.

    Also, what @sundaymouse said, looks like you aren't understanding SPF.

  • Finally it works almost!

    I had to add the record in the zone dns TXT and SPF

    Now all mails coming, but this is directly from Hotmail in spam.

    Do you have any idea?

    thank you

    This, a provider I used had the IP blacklisted by the previous user, although mxtoolbox showed no ban once I added it to my whitelist account at hotmail it showed it was blacklisted and a email or two they unblocked it, after about 50 mails they then hit the inbox first time.

  • for hotmail you need to setup Sender ID
