What do you mean by "open source CDN"?
CDN for me is mostly infrastructure related.
he wants his own CDN
Some providers use varnish for their cdn, which is open source, but i have yet to see if there are management tools for varnish that is opensource, might be a good project to do if nothing is around.
There was/ is a user who provides public free CDN...
But I think that CDN contains commonly used scripts.
@maounique can you remember the site, since Prometeus also contributed some resources for that project...
ocdn.me
Here is one I found, using nginx lua, but it is in Chinese.
ocdn.me/opencdn-install.html

Open source as in their code base is open to the public? Or are you looking for a CDN whose services are openly available to the public?
Wordpress is open source? If you want to make it private just don't hook up a DNS server to it, or maybe look for a wordpress plugin that password protects it. Maybe if you only want access to it in a certain building host it locally.
jsDelivr
@darknyan this was what I was talking about.
I fail to see how wordpress is a CDN?
