GINERNET - KVM + 1 core + 1GB RAM + 10GB NVMe - 10Gbps - Spain Madrid Interxion
Dear LowEndTalk users,
from GINERNET we present you a very limited offer, only 100 VPS available:
LC-1G-3E
CPU: 1 vCore @ 2.40 GHz (E5-2640 v3)
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Disk: 10 GB NVMe
Switchport: 10 Gbps
Transfer: 1 TB/month
DataCenter: Interxion @ Madrid (Spain)
Virtualization: KVM
Control panel: GridCP
Network: BGP AS59432
Looking Glass: http://lg.ginernet.com/
Backup: Daily offsite automated and on demand
Price: 30 €/year
IPv4 Genuine: All servers are delivered with an IPv4 address which we call genuine. This IP is associated with the server and cannot be changed or moved to another server. If you cancel or don't renew the server, the IP is lost.
IPv4 Fail Over: We offer Fail Over or floating IP addresses, which you can move from one server to another. These IPs you will still have them as you renew them. They have a cost of 2 €/month, you can order them here
IPv4 AntiDDoS: If you are under attack, you must acquire an IP that is permanently routed by Voxility. These IPs execute mitigation in real time, are also fail-over and cost 3 €/month, you can order them here
IPv6: All customers can obtain a /48 subnet at no cost (must apply by ticket). That subnet can be split into smaller /64 subnets that are routed to the servers and are fail-over. You can also purchase additional /48 subnets for 12 €/year.
I remain at your disposal to answer your questions in this thread or you can contact the support service to clear any questions you have.
Best regards!!

It doesn't look like the price is low end at all.
Reducing bw configurations to sell for less than 10 euros may be more popular.
Their VPS is worth it, thats a good deal
This offer is the cheapest you can get in Spain for a network like this, directly connected to Spain's biggest eyeball ISP and from a provider known to be reliable over the years.
From the rules:
As @Nyr said, this is Madrid, which isn't a cheap location.
@mcgree
Hello, we are aware that our solution is not the cheapest on the market, but we are not looking for price to be the differentiating factor in our offer. We try to focus our efforts on offering a quality product. I hope you find these features interesting. Thank you for your comments.
can buy at hosthatch for $15 per year last year
Dont compare
At the low end talk I focus on the low end, I really am not the target customer.
Yeah you do that but there's no need to mention another provider and their prices in some other provider's offer/sales thread - it's rude/disrespectful.
My 2 cents.
Used a Ginernet VPS back in the low-end Alicante days.
Was a very smooth experience and while the current offer is not quite as affordable as they were back then, I still think it's a decent deal for a slightly "exotic" location with a very reputable company.
Ginernet is a good supplier with a service quality, I can recommend they.
I've used Ginernet before, and I had a positive experience. I have recently cancelled it: the main reason I don't need a VPS in Spain any more but the other reason was I couldn't easily re-install to a modern distro version and upgrading over ssh failed for me so I was stuck on an older version of Ubuntu or Debian. I hope a new deal means newer distros installed by default?
With low end moral? No need to be a dick on provider offers unless it's a scam.
IPv6: All customers can obtain a /48 subnet at no cost (must apply by ticket). That subnet can be split into smaller /64 subnets that are routed to the servers and are fail-over. You can also purchase additional /48 subnets for 12 €/year.
Routed IPv6 Hall of Fame
Include routed IPv6, at least /64 subnet, to get listed.
Hello, yes, the VPS are installed with GridCP (We no longer use SolusVM). With GridCP the virtualization is KVM and you can install any operating system, either with one of our templates or your own ISO.
Along with any OS, is it possible to run docker there? TIA
Yes, you can install Docker or anything (it's KVM).
Hello, the website and VPS all are down anything about this please ?!
bgp session available?
Am I the only one that reads it as "Vaginer Net"?
I need to know, is this 'giner fragrant?
yes

http://lg.ginernet.com/
it's ok from our looking glass.
Please, contact our support by ticket and we will check your case.
The dude is using your Telxius uplink looking glass. 🤷♂️
@debaser
In that case it is normal, because Telxius has no peering with HE in Spain...
But it is not the default route that we deliver to the VPS of our customers.
With HE we exchange in Madrid, there is no need to use Telxius.
We must always deliver the shortest route and in this case it is not Telxius.
I was aware of that, but @BKKHK cleary isn't. In his first post he kind of makes clear that he isn't using a looking glass with full routes.
