Hope @nickyzai have something for you
Peering-wise, OVH have direct private peering with Telekom Malaysia/Unifi in SG, if that helps for you.
Give us a try

Los Angeles should be a good choice for Asia too
If 5Mbps enough can get local host in Malaysia for $5 or request a personal offer.

How much bandwidth is enough? 2TB?
Should be enough.
Preferable not limit in line speed but total bandwidth provided.
What are your offer?
For Malaysia I guess you cannot find 100Mbps or 1Gbps for unlimited traffic or find very small for more cost.
Also incoming traffic from outside Malaysia may be capped
Thanks @FAT32 for mentioning.
Currently I am offering services in Malaysia DC, but still in progress on the KVM VPS services as well as public IP addressing allocation. If you wish to know more on customizing package to suit what you need, do drop me a PM for further discuss on the matter.
For test IP, you can try it out here: http://lg.nickyzai.com:8082/
Off topic here, but I'm curious why Malaysian servers are very very expensive? Especially in terms of bandwidth too. Hard to get 1gb+ servers.
I've dealt with Indonesian providers & clients before, and in terms of pricing, it's almost the same with Malaysian pricing, but higher bandwidth.
The different is, Indonesian providers have seperate bandwidth for local domestic (IIX) and international (IX). I can get 10gbps local for +$200/mo but only 50mbps shared to international.
Does MY have similar bandwidth system to what Indonesia have?
Yes. Malaysia did have this kind of bandwidth system as well, whereby we have local bandwidth subscription (MYIX) and international bandwidth subscription. Of course when subscription in bulk can lower down the price drastically, but it will still not much comparable to Singapore for the international one's.
For the server hosting, I can say is due to the currency itself, and that's why it is so expensive compared to others. Not to mentioned the electricity itself in DC is not cheap either, unless household or commercial shop unit that steal the electricity in some way to get cheap cost for cryptomining.
PM you the offer already
I can't remember how congested the 10Gbps IIX network.
