Yes, can confirm this on their EU locations on my end. Seems a little weired it's so tidy, on the other hand a clean up was probably necessary. There's been Debian 9 iso and stuff which definitely nobody would (and should) need anymore these days (but then Ubuntu 16?!).

Debian 9 is still under LTS. "Nobody would (and should) need" is relative; different people have different needs.
Yes, but why require an ISO then? I mean, it's mostly used for new installs. Though it's under LTS, it's definitely not the recommended version for new installations.
Issue resolved with customer support
There was an ISO tidy-up, many of them had either been used one time or never and most were from now ex-customer requests, we stripped it right back.
If you want one that is not listed just request it, it will be added (if legal to do so).
