50 dollars is not even close! Up that budget especially for ip’s.
The Ipv4 requirement seems to be hard.. anyway... let's see if the providers below might help...
@DataIdeas-Josh @TNAHosting @georgedatacenter @OVH_APAC
Even that one is a tad rough for us.
i allready have 2 providores with this range but are out stock and the another one dont have ssd available for now..
Um.... maybe @Ernie @BrianHarrison @Ian_Dot_Tech ?
Thanks for the tag, while our E3's would fall within this. We are out of stock of 32GB E3's.
I am working to bring more online!
Done i get another server server with @Ian_Dot_Tech
Thanks for u help
Good choice!

thank you @swat4 for the tag.
The e3 platform is such a great workhorse. Still in demand despite all these years.
Yeah, it'd be great if the prices for them just kept falling.

You should look for a X3440.
take a look at https://gthost.com/dallas-dedicated-servers/

Hehe, yeah, the X5650 performs very well, though, the L5630s are also decent.
could be still on the look out

Ill fix you up a special E5440 with some of that awesome FBDIMM. It'll be right in time to warm up winter
Based on power consumption, rack, bandwidth and value of ips significant sustainable price drops in average rental fees in North American markets are not likely.
Thought you didnt do these things anymore, or is this advisory?
The one with 1Gbps in Dallas i can remember is https://www.psychz.net/bargain.html but your request is really, hm, optimistic.
If you are referring to ColoCrossing, yes they rent e3s.
I was speaking in my own personal opinion however.
