Is there no offers that catch your attention? You should have a lot of offers in offers section..
Most of those have the prices I'm looking for only on Annual subscriptions. For example, EntryBytes' 3GB VPS at $3.5 would have been perfect for me. But it comes out to $4.71 if I buy it monthly.
Buy Hetzner Cloud, you can pay hourly..
If not annual, would quarterly (= 3 months) work instead? The Alwyzon Virtual Server XS for 2,99 €/month (~3,50 USD/month) payments would fit your budget and requirements if quarterly would be an option.
Virtual Server XS: 8,97 € per quarter for…
✓ 2048 MB DDR4 ECC Memory
✓ 1 vCore AMD® EPYC® (2nd Gen)
✓ 25 GB SSD Storage (RAID 10)
✓ 20 TB Monthly Bandwidth
✓ Located in Vienna, Austria
✓ 1x IPv4 + /64 IPv6 included
✓ Up to 1 Gbps Up-/Downlink

I'd appreciate a provider that dosen't ask for my passport.
Sorry, I really need a monthly thing.
They will not, as long as you deposit around €15 there
Because then you wont be catched if they detect wbhat you done on VPS?
If you arent doing illegal stuff you can just blur sensitive data and watermark it. Like always. Whats problem with that?
You can sign up for Hetzner via an affiliate link, you'll get a € 20 bonus, which means you can use it for $ 0(virtually) until the end of the following month.
(If I remember correctly, they did not ask for a passport)

You can try buyvm @Francisco
Also for Europe maybe try https://kts24.com/vps
@GameTownProjects
It's not that. I just don't feel it's justified giving my passport to a service I'm probably gonna use for a maximum of like 2/3 months.
I was on BuyVM for the last 2 months, but I need something with a bit more RAM at $3-3.5. BuyVM only gets you 1GB which I get is very good for the price, along with the other features they have.
Thanks for this
Where could I procure this affiliate link?

@alwyzon I browsed your website and saw that your bandwidth/transfer limit is actually an FUP like OVH, right? So for the XS plan, once we go over 20 TB, the speed is throttled to 10 Mbps?
Just FYI, this might be a good quality to advertise, instead of 20TB bandwidth, you can say 20TB monthly bandwidth @1Gbps, then unlimited @10Mbps.
I will definitely consider your services for my next server.
Btw another thing: You mentioned NL and AT locations on your Looking Glass, but when I tried (just for testing) the order page, they only show your AT location. So... which services are available at your NL location?
Thanks for considering it; and yes, that is exactly how the bandwidth works.
The latest generation of hardware has never been deployed to NL as the focus shifted to AT-only. As such, you can only order the advertised plans in AT, sorry. The reference to NL in the Looking Glass is currently just a relic from the previous Xeon E5v4-based generation of servers and is dropped with the next facelift of the Looking Glass page.

Wow! He explicitly asked for monthly and said EntryBytes wouldn't work for him at that price range, and you post an aff link of EntryBytes quarterly that is also out of his budget.
