    @FAT32 I think one offer is their jelastic cloud service and this one is classic VPS. so probably different type/category of products like with shared hosting... just saying 🤷‍♂️

    True, they're separate products, but regardless, I think the issue here is that they have 2 offer threads posted under the same category, and that's not allowed.

    It's 2 separate brands, 2 separate services and 2 separate companies. CloudJiffy is under Leapswitch Networks, Inc and Leapswitch is under the Indian entity Leapswitch Networks Pvt Ltd.

    But you are using same account dashboard (whmcs) ? Which means sharing the customer data across or on both company?
