What do you mean that's a totally different topic
i'm using cpanel on this server.
maybe that is not unmanaged.
Oh, my. Really clueless.
The end is nigh.
Yes it is
From what I can see and @HostSlick will be better equipped to tell us but they only appear to offer unmanaged VPS Services meaning anything outside of their (virtualizor) control panel, hardware or the network is your issue... so your vps not booting is a problem with your vps and not any of the above so it should be your problem to fix
My advice would be: look for a managed VPS provider that can really hold your hand ... or sort out some sort of "custom managed" deal with hostslick if they are able to offer the level of management you require
Chip
What are you gonna say to your customer ? HostSlick fault or you being unqualified ?
He is either going to make up a story to blame his "upstream provider" or blame hackers.
the issue is nothing to do with your provider, if provider is happy to assist than you are lucky but its between you and your provider.
maybe that is not unmanaged.
some providers do offer the managed support but not necessary come with lease of control panel license.

no, clients is my, so client just say to me my host third party and me.
If this is important to you, stop wasting time and hire a system admin to sort this out for you asap. I recommend rack911. Seriously. Just do it. Specially since you don't have backup, you shouldn't try random command off the internet without knowing what is what and who is who.
If you are charging your customers money, you shouldn't be coming to a public forum and asking for free support when your server has been down for almost a day at this point. This is the cost of doing business. Any business.
Either you are the expert or you hire an expert to help you.
Unless a provider mentions on their plan or on the website that the service is managed, it is not. It never is.
@rack911 check PM
It's clearly @deank 's fault for hacking the server.
Last time a server crashed, I checked the core dump and found "end" in multiple places.
Agree. @ruhulamin7 you should sue @deank for causing your problem.
but i've denied all ssh/terminal access for all user.
who can fix it?
i'm not rich, but i'll give a gift for that.

Pm isn’t the fastest channel to get response.
They were last active in November 2019 here. Better contact their official channels:

The answer is there.
It's just that he is too clueless to act. Why is this guy in this biz?
Btw, do you any idea of their price ?
no, how much?
They are adequately priced for their work and usually works on a quote by quote basis
If I ask, that probably because I don't know.
I suppose. But should anyone expect 100$/h or 500$/h ?
he just say cost 100$
They did an audit for us sometimes back for around 2k. Tbh I don't have any clue regarding their hourly rate. But I would assume it is between 50-150/hour. But I believe they bill based on the actual labor that's needed and not how many hours.
An hour is enough for OP's issue.
100 bucks should be enough for a quality tech. You can find cheaper but do expect rootkits later.
Thats about the going rate for an hours server admin
Thanks, I guess I would ask if needed.
Man. The future is ruined.
You should not have clients.
If OP is honorable, he'll pay anything to get his client's data back.
If he isn't, he'll say "whoa, that's way too much money."
