Yeah, I don't think you get charged fees if viridweb did a refund instead of sending you a payment. I wonder if it's because viridweb loses some kind of reputation score when they do too many refunds
Then I'd refund the manual refund now and then they need to refund my payment and AFAIK that would leave me with the fees I paid for their manual refund because PayPals new policy is written by greedy bastards.
Honestly, I wondered the same, but I guess only @ViridWeb knows the reason behind that.
I'd assume that they only sent back the money that they received (4,78€) which would be 5.24€ (6$) minus the PayPal fees and then sent it back to me as a business payment so I had to pay another set of fees which leaves me with 4.15€.
For me Yes. Because i live UTC +3. and if UTC it can be in 2:00-3:00 by my location if CAT only 0:00-1:00 can waited for catch it
definetly paypal is make your account in RED if see many refunds in less time .. i past it myself.

I think you totally misunderstood what cociu was saying. He give you timeframe for next sale: from TODAY (now) to TOMORROW (so like +36h). He said it will be at secret time. So 2 hours timezone difference with like 36 hours timeframe makes no difference
card statement shows that i have not got my money back from paypal. also paypal balance is showing zero. But in paypal transaction i see @ViridWeb issued a refund. thats why i was curious if anyone facing similar issue
