Too good to be true, ill pass.
all unlimited ...
no. do not. very bad.
In a similar vein (my emphasis):
(Hosting) name changed to protect the innocent.
There is a review here.. https://saasreview.ltd/articles/hosting/starthost-web-hosting-review
When you see this word a lot ‘unlimited’ , please pass.
Are you sure you are not the owner of this hosting?
Edited: Anyway nothing is unlimited. So careful to invest your money which you might earn after a lot of hard work..
lol I am not.. and I found out that after lots if searching.. there is nothing much positive except a 20i resseler in that review..
@singularity even though it apears to be based off of 20i - that doesnt mean the reseller will last a long time. Bottom line- I'd never give $200 to any webhost at once. Given the performance seen over time on let leb and wht - most webhosts really arent good custodians of any resources. Give them 200 - they will spend it and keep nothing in the back (that seems to be the trend for many hosts).
Many-a-times "lifetime" deals are valid until the customer or the seller(host) is alive.
In context of web hosting it means until the host winds-up their business - may be in 3 months / 6 months / a year or two! So one should be cautious buying such lifetime deals from not-so-popular brands (and with popular brands too) 'coz you never know when someone will shut down!
P.S: the screenshot in the review-link posted above shows that "starthost.co" uses digitalocean droplets for hosting their site!
@jasonm nope thats a shot of the apps on 20i. see the bottom of page https://www.20i.com/web-hosting
Look at the footer of the parent site that run the deal https://www.internnic.com/
Theme? Lol.. some wp theme?
Kindly ask them for technical works quickly so they're hardly working on fixing their bags. Most links redirect to 404 https://www.internnic.com/internnic.com
I purchased unlimited 10 domain hosting on Sep 13, 2020 for $70. I am hosting 4 websites with low visitor count. so far, everything works.
