@Strikerr interesting.
It's actually EUR 0,31 Monthly but you can add more memory and HDD for few cents monthly.
Can you tell us more about them or just random discovery? They doesn't seems to have any website (apart from whmcs) and there's not any info about them apart from some "Schoenfeldgasse 1/5/9 - 2435 Ebergassing (Austria)" address.
Domain is registered in August 20. 2011, whois protected with www.vautron.de as technical contact (but that's most likely just registrar contact). They didn't remove even https://www.iubenda.com/en (privacy policy generator) link from their privacy policy.
I'm extremely interested in this service too.
I have a VPS with them. As I'm German I can't say how the english support is, but thr german one is good. But in the past there was a downtime without keeping the clients up 2 date (only via facebook).
@trexos thank you for sharing your experience.
btw. how dumb from me - I forgot to check our own board if there's any info about them http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/9771/dedilink-eu-free-trial-vps-review

As I wrote before: The Austrian ISP in question is citing German laws in its imprint that are not even valid anymore and have been replaced by new laws in 2007 [sic!]. So you have an ISP that doesn't even know under which jurisdiction he falls and if those laws are still applicable. Besides the fact that he is not even in comply with Austrian laws, at least concerning the Imprint.

@wcypierre Thank you !
If you are outside of EU, simply open a billing ticket after placing an order (before paying) and we will remove VAT based on your location.

When I ordered a TorqHost last time, they simply removed VAT then add the same amount to the VPS pricing. So it's like re-allocation/reclassification, no real reduction to the amount I paid.
Actually I created support ticket after order before paying, so my invoice was adjusted and also recurring amount was updated without vat as well.
Are you two saying that Torqhost removed VAT and then added the VAT amount to the price of the VPS?
I paid eur6.25 instead of Eur 7.5. Vat was removed
PS. I ordered after promo code had expired, PMed him and he extended the promotion by manually updating the invoice. It is possible he forgot to input proper numbers. Didn't complain because it's still nice pricing IMO.
PS2. The server was great, support was awesome. But apparently it didn't suit my needs, so I was refunded.
