    Hello @Unbelievable!

We recently moved our offices to 100 S Commons, Suite 102, Pittsburgh PA 15212 from the previous address at North Lincoln Ave. We have updated our information everywhere, unfortunately the Pennsylvania business registration website doesn't update the contact information very frequently. Please feel free to do a whois lookup on our AS number (AS20326) for further confirmation.

Hello @dedimark, I'll follow up with your request in ticket #5472441, thanks for your inquiry!

@Justin417 Seems Comcast are pretty dick to those who don't choose to peer with them in Pittsburgh, seems I get routed from PA to VA and then back. They also seem to be QOSing data traffic from your network.

Sucks they treat you guys that way because otherwise I would probably be only about 20ms away and should be able to get good speeds to your network.

Are you guys in Expedient or do you have your own datacenter in Pittsburgh?

Edit: Worth noting that IPv6 doesn't seem to be restricted in the same way:

Just figured I would let you know.

  • Seems Comcast are pretty dick to those who don't choose to peer with them in Pittsburgh, seems I get routed from PA to VA and then back.

    I get 12ms on teraswitch.com and I'm on Verizon. 18-19ms for lg.teraswitch.com.

    Hmm? 30M < 100M... Was it 300 to 100 or 30 to 10?

@TheLinuxBug - Thank you for the report! We've tried looking into this, but unfortunately the bottleneck is somewhere on Comcast's network. We've attempted to get Comcast peering at our facility a few times but they're policies are pretty unreasonable.

We are in the same building as Expedient (Nova Place), but we're not in the Expedient facility. We're in a brand-new facility built on the 2nd floor of the facility.

@cirrus_cloud - I can confirm, I have Verizon FiOS at my residence and get similar latency (teraswitch.com is behind cloudflare, so the latency is better to their CDN, however lg.teraswitch.com is about 19 ms out on the Pittsburgh Verizon network).

Thank you all for your interest! If you want to give us a shot without, we're giving away 1 month free service for our 1c1g plan to lowendtalk members! When checking out, please use the promo code LETSpringSale2020 for 1 month's free service (or a discount towards one of our larger plans).
