That's great news.

Hey Guys,
Just a quick update, our team has resolved this issue and fixed has been released.
To update JetBackup with the fix, please execute the following commands:
Thank You,
Anton, JetApps Team.
Just bear in mind it is CentOS 7 only. I am sure a lot of you will be using something else.
Also, I am using the JetBackup for Linux, loving it, works great.
@JetApps do you offer free testing licenses while ALPHA stage? I am backing up with my own script and I wouldn't spend money on a Alpha license, would provide feedback tho
10 days, if you read the information in the link provided above.
Please confirm if it will work on Cloudlinux too? Or only CentOS?
Works on cloudlinux 7 as well
Anyone else seeing CPU being eatern up by DirectAdmin?
After installing JetBackup or before?
I meant after installing JetBackup.... we haven’t even set a backup and cpu has been constantly high.
Someone else reported seeing high CPU load in the DA thread over at LES
Not really working with Hetzner storage box, ssh port 23 with available sync:
Error: Can't execute command (%s). Error: %s
Edit: https://request.jetapps.com/topic/hetzner-storage-box-support-ssh
Heh...
it doesn't seem to work with our synology NAS via SSH either.....
Error?
Doesn't give an error, just nothing loads on the screen.... :S
I received tons of issues as well, not working, submitted a ticket
It’s a shame that we have waited so long for this....
Well, it's alpha, but I did expected something that worked better.
Hi @ViridWeb, Yes Jetbackup will work on Cloudlinux 7 as well but just want to clarify that CloudLinux specific integrations are not implemented yet.
and to everybody trying the alpha release of JetBackup for DirectAdmin, Thank you for your trying and testing out our initial alpha release!
If you encounter any issues or bugs during your testing, please don't hesitate to open a ticket and reach out to us at [email protected] so that our developers could further investigate and resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Highest Regards,
Anton, JetApps Team.
It's easier to make you read it yourself and write the finding for us.
Nice will be able to add this to my servers, been waiting for them to add it in ever since the cPanel Price increase.
If only there was some format that could display text and inline images that would work in a browser... too forward thinking.. I guess PDF for everything for now...
Darn!, was hoping Acronis will do the same quickly. So slow there.
@jonesolutions I agree. I’m surprised Acronis haven’t yet, but from what I hear JetBackup won’t be fully done till the end of the year. So there is still time.
Far from working properly.

Issues in both servers.
@JetApps - #916915 - DirectAdmin issues
We're more than willing to help you test this out, reporting any issues we find.
Got a response in my ticket. While I appreciate the fast response, I certainly don't want to provide root access to anyone...
@MikePT thats part and parcel of it, to provide access to your server.... I kind of feel it hasn’t really been tested that well for all these errors....
Hence why it's an Alpha, but I'm pointing the issues and shouldn't be that hard to fix.
The access denied for the da_admin user is simple enough, cat /usr/local/directadmin/conf/my.cnf
