My BF deal idler... minus ram .nice
Still looking for one!
Good luck with your budget
Thanks @sgno1 I picked up a HostDoc VPS due to this thread...
We do have a limited offer, see details at URL:
https://www.serverhunter.com/offer/webproject-kvm-special-4gb-40gb-ssd/
Many hosts are deadpooling there though. Don't trust all of them. Some will take your money and run.
That exactly was the point being made by @seriesn.
indeed ... for anyone who does not already know, please take a few minutes to become familiar with the LowEndBox scam.

I think you should increase your budget. $30 a year for those specs is unrealistic especially the amount of cores.
I was getting the same specs but HDD of 50 GB for $35/yr
Sorry buddy you have to stay there for that price.
Price: $25/yr
Goo luc wit you budge!
What's the best price I can get for,
KVM
RAM: 4 GB
Disk: 5 GB SSD
CPU: Minimum. 2.4 GHz @ 4 Cores
BW: Unmetered @ 1 GBps
Location: Europe or nearby
Looking for a yearly price or quarterly.
I assume you also want it not to totally suck and/or go out of business?
Especially if you are looking for some level of CPU and network performance
(These are the easiest things to oversell, which will generally be a fact of life for the cheapest offers)
So ... all things considered - and especially if you turn out to be a clueless pain in the ass to deal with ... you may or may not end up getting just what you pay for.
If I might make some more helpful suggestions in general - why not take some time to study the offers here, and make some effort to evaluate the reputation for quality, so as not to be ultimately disappointed.
You could find many options using the search filters on https://serverhunter.com - can sort by price. And then please feel free to ask questions here about the reliability etc of the offers that match your specs.
Good luck!
@uptime, you have a lot of patience.
Not just for provider reccos.
I had first hand experience of @uptime helpfulness when he helped out with an issue I had with a StockServers vps. (Back in August/September)
Off topic
That's what you think. I think your budget and wish list of specs is off whack. Tha'ts why you keep posting and not get any offers.
And my words of praise for someone who actually helps others selflessly add far more value than your "squeeze till you dry" approach towards providers.
Have a nice day.
Lulz ...
Is NYC close to Europe? I have a cute Virmach 4vCPU 3GB ram for only $32+
