Alternative freshdesk self hosted

Hello,
I really like Freshdesk but I have a lot of service and I need premium plan.
Anybody knows a good alternative self hosted and payed?
About freshdesk I really appriciate widget to copy on website where is to easy search on KB and open ticket.

We are currently testing it out and it does have a chat option. You just need to set it up in the settings.
Ok i check all..and I see freshwork now become my more "cheap" solution for me..
Has multi portal of kb and just 50€ at month. All included.
A lot service not has this features and who has it, is more expensive.
From what I've tested so far zammad is pretty good. Multiple live chats for different sites and so on. Multiple Ticket Desks too which is nice.
I talk with zammad team but they not offer kb for multibrand/multiproduct

Redaction and anonymization is a pain in most support systems because they only allow complete ticket deletion.
LET uses osTicket
Before that we used Hesk, which I've seen elsewhere and like.
They're both pretty simple as far as features and not as slick as Freshdesk in terms of UI.
We use Supportpal. It's not free but very reasonably priced. They also support multiple brands, unlimited agents and have integrations with social media and an API
