Where's my 35GB HDD missing?

The server is parted into / and /home; After upgrade from debian 9 to debian 10, I find 35G of / part is missing.

after reboot, it normal again. I guess it's the upgrade messed up
Maybe the WAM ate it, didn't like the HDD having more resources than itself.
It's all in bad blocks.
