Really tiny vps solely for ssh forwarding?
My network block everything but 80 and 443 so I need simple solution to proxy my ssh.
Is there any provider offering reeeally cheap, tiny vps with 1 ipv4? just for ssh.
I mean really tiny I don't care if it is 64mb ram with busybox and dropbear or whatever as long I can use trustworthy ssh client/server and to some extent, sftp (to transfer small files/config and whatnot).
Anyone?

You do care about a reasonable minimum of resources because you need an OS (and for sftp).
That said, there are sometimes very low priced special for low end VPS here at LET. For example I have one with 256 MB, 15 GB hdd, and even a reasonable amount of bandwith (I think it's 256 GB/mo) for (a bit) less than 10$/year from @HostSailor but there are others, too.
There's one for free

Try serverhunter, set the price as desired and choose your location and provider. If you can't find what you need maybe try bumping up the budget by a little.
use skysilk and get free credits. enough to use for 8 months for free. and you can save some money in the mean time to buy this year black friday's deal from virmach, $3/year 1ipv4 128mb RAM.
sounds great?
You could use lowendspirit.com servers, probably best using one from mikho as he forwards port 443, you can then use local iptables to forward 443 to 22.
just point a domain and you are good to go, it will even look more like web based traffic
Can you forward SSH data as well? Afaik mikho's port forwarding is SNI based and SSH doesn't forward SNI info?
Ah ok, maybe use port 80 then on one of mine.
SSH doesn't send HTTP "Host:" either.
for $20/year, I highly recommend a 512MB slice from buyvm.net. Their service is head & shoulder above everyone else.
Or for $12/yr - theres always @anyNode ovz7 :-)
I will test it on my haproxy setup, hold my decaf almond milk latte.
Cheapo russian VPS for $0.45

Yeah does not work, forget everything I said, i started this conversation before I was even out of bed this morning.
That's what happens when you drink decaf. The brain cells die.
I've been using speedykvm 256MB dallas VPS as a proxy server for almost 2 years. $36/3 years. It's cheap and it works as intended.
Do you really need IPv4 or would an IPv6 address suffice?
Run shellinabox on port 80 on your end point?
Check DeepNet Solutions. Our smallest OVZ plan should suit your needs perfectly.

FYI: Hashbang has a great github with a lot of useful shared server configuration and hardening: https://github.com/hashbang/shell-server/tree/master/ansible/tasks
