Your best & worst lowend provider experience?
hi guys,
i was wondering, what are your best and worst low wend provider memories?
im sure the list of bad experience is long, im excited to hear yours!
my best:
- suport told me they need to move my server (was on a probably oversold or faulty node) and they actually moved it whout reinstall, even ip was same! so nice!
my worst:
- i asked support if the hostnode is oversold or faulty, they replied its fine and attached a screenshoting showing cpu load of 600 on a maybe 16 core system lol either stupid or scam (they show how bad they are so that one immediately cancels 1yr prepaid server as someone sees no hope for them in doing things right and moves on, they make profit)

The best: Alpharacks.
The worst: Alpharacks.
PMS?
PMS
The provider experience was so bad it gave you PMS you mean?
Wow. Please tell me that this is a troll....
Once I had IBS with a sh*tty provider.
Probably not.. just logged into my CaCk Reseller
5 minute Load 264.35 for 16 CPU. :-|
I tried woothosting long time ago and the Load on 8 CPU was 70-75! that was the worst.
Later they were acquired by Alpharacks (aka PSKHosting.com) so it should become more worst.
hello,
100% i am not trolling you - i suspect either the support person showing me the screenshoting of the node with load 600 of 16 cores was very amateurish or he did it on purpose so i cancel all servers i paid in advance because of his shocking lack of knowledge.
i have the screenshot, here is the proof, i dont want to get involved with their business so i removed private data like company name, redt text a joke from me..:
hello,
please who is CaCk, which provider should we avoid? maybe you can pm me the full name, better dont do public shaming here, i even read once its against rules to write full provider names.
Worst:
1. You can't reboot you server without cocui
2. You can't change your OS without cocui
3. You have to wait around 1 week after payment to get your VPS
4. Cocui may post on LED but your tickets stay unanswered
LOL. Node is fast my man.
https://mzunguhosting.ml/ Would better fit you.
Hello,
In my thread I was asking also for a positive experience, how about this, nothing?
Well BudgetNode, the 7€/y KVM he sold, is pretty crappy.
It has beaten every vm in downtime so far.
Reminds me again, to not buy anything there.
Their are enough decent providers I do recommend such as:
Prager
VMHaus
FarnoX
AlphaVPS
Veesp
Dr.Server
Ionos
HostHatch
UltraVPS
ihor.ru
I can confirm this. Uptime is not very good. And in addition, the VPS is not reachable with IPv6 anymore since 8 days. The ticket I opened regarding this issue was closed automatically.
Welcome to the Premium BudgetNode experince.
Just Google for One Time Payment Cloud VPS and work it out from there.
Worst: ZXhosting
Best: Eternal Hope Ltd.
^^ this
shhhhhhh
I've been remarkably lucky with my low-end experiences.
Mostly good luck.
Mostly.
Maybe I'll just leave it at that.
Errr ... This one made me laugh though:
reeeeeeeeee
I think that's how I ended up with a vmhaus in London - which has been idling happily ever after, no problems.
eh ..?
in my opinion ... participation in LET is inherently shameful, deal with it.
while doxxing random posters is not encouraged, deep dives and internet background checks are par for course when shilling or scammery is in play
As for avoiding mentions of exact provider names as such - ie, Moothosting, Alporacks - I think that has its origins in denying SEO etc publicity to spammers
Best: ImpactVPS, BuyVm, HostUS, VaporNode, Virmach, PHP Friends...
Worst: could be alpharacks, but I requested refund 30 minutes later I ordered.
One of the genuine gems i had found from LEB/LET was Crissic, no downtime, very cheap and beautfully simple service. That one service will always make Jacksonville one of the most memorable places in my hosting expeditions. I dont mention any providers is because all have always lived upto their reputation for better or for worse, but Crissic was a not very well known yet I found it to be very good.
Same. I cancelled it a few days into the service - it wasn't worth the headaches and dealing with support was one of the worst experiences I've had on LET.
no one mentioned @i83 or @quadhost ? They have achieved god-level of scamming people here.
Care to elaborate on that?
You can search for i-83 or quadhost thread, but basically they're just like herpes and they keep coming back.
