My ISP doesnt support IPv6 at the moment. What will happen if I disable IPv4 and enable only IPv6?

You'll have a lot more free time.

You'll have some more incentive to leave your retarded ISP.

Waiting for more than two days to provision a vps (no discount offer or anything else, just regular), without a response to the ticket after 24 hours either. Looks like their support is really lacking. Can't imaging whats happening if something goes wrong...not really impressed so far.

Their support can be disappointing sometimes. Call them again in the ticket itself or just open another one mentioning the first. That USUALLY works (not always).

We're waiting to spin up new capacity in Stockholm and Vienna - should be ready later today. I think you'll be pleasantly satisfied with the support after your server is provisioned.

Good luck. If it doesn't come back now in July, it might in the Black Friday.

I have 2 VMs with Hosthatch (in Vienna) that I will be willing to transfer to anyone interested. They are 1GB (paid till Nov 2019) and 512MB VMs (paid till Feb 2020). Please message me directly.

I also have a VM with Hosthatch in Oslo that I am also willing to transfer to anyone interested. It is a 1GB VM (paid till Nov 2019). It may take me a few extra days to move the workload off this VM, but it is something that we can coordinate. Just let me know.

If you could get it whenever you wanted, it wouldn't be a promo.

  • Not seeing anything like that on my boxes.

  • @EHRA Ok, just saw it happen for a few minutes. Crazy IOwait caused my idler to hit 1.5.

    Hello!

This is a notification to let you know that we detected an issue affecting the node that hosts your NVMe server in Chicago and rebooted the node to normalize it. Your server is back online and stable at this time, and we do not expect any further interruptions. We will be keeping an extra eye on the node for a while.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

What's wrong with the I/O of Chicago NVMes recently? it's extremely slow, so terrible...

    root@server:~# dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=4k conv=fdatasync
    4096+0 records in
    4096+0 records out
    268435456 bytes (268 MB, 256 MiB) copied, 39.1104 s, 6.9 MB/s
