What?
OP is looking for a cheap dedi.
Cpanel required
20gb disk space
20gb bandwidth
Just go with VPS, not a dedi..
OP wants a dedi.
or daddy?
Cheap dedicated daddy.
Well, just go to your favorite dealer that deals cpanel licenses
And you can slap that license, on everything, as long it sticks on it.
You can go for a dedicated but that seems to be overkill.
Be wise and choose a VM.
WSI be pimpin' out yo ass.
I don't think so.
Hetzner is not your first. Stop playin'.
What do you mean?
You know you've had a cheap Kimsufi in the woodpile.
Not that I know of.
AncestryDNA ftw.
I have no DNA.

How much your budget ?

at the bottom of sarcasm ^^above me , I recommended you use KVM VPS so you will have more dedicated resources
https://buyvm.net/kvm-dedicated-server-slices (20 GB SSD /$3.50/M unlimited bandwidth )
Hello! 20 Gb disk space - was it a typo? If not, I suppose, you're looking not for a dedi, but VPS. E.g. our dedicated server plans starts with 256 Gb SSD. But you can get a VPS with 25 Gb SSD for $5. Do you have location preferences?
what is your budget?
for your requirement Reseller plan also work for you.
Sugar dedi
why don't you go with vps or shared hosting ?
https://www.mythic-beasts.com/order/rpi offers raspberry pi with 1 GB of ram and NFS mounted disk - you can select 20 GB disk space - looks like that would be total cost of £6.25 per month.
That's a bit more than Scaleway (which I would hesitate to recommend) but not bad for a "dedi" - hopefully it's a decent service.
(Now I'm tempted to try it myself...)
Note: it's IPv6 with some IPv4 tunnel for http proxy and ssh - 1 TB monthly bandwidth @ 100 mbits
Located in London.
EDIT2: (from their site)
EDIT3:
Of course you could get a kimsufi with 2 TB disk for approximately the same price but I'm guessing you maybe already knew that by now.
And you specified 20 GB disk, so there you go.
Less is more I guess. (More or less.)
EDIT4:
You'll be on your own as far as cpanel goes though ...
