basic requirements:
- VoIP calls supporting ends clients on both platforms - linux and windows users
- Good security (TLS or SSL full encryption required)
System:

after any browsing, probably what i`m searching is asterixPBX..!?
Probably not. PBX is an entirely different ball of wax, and generally deals with POTS/VoIP shit. You just want Skype.

thank you for all comments & suggestions
CrossBox chat module would work for you but if it's over your budget then you can go with one of the providers that offer CrossBox on their own servers and at a lower price.
Anyway, you can check out the chat related features here:

Have a looks FreeePBX the base core is free but some of the modules are a commercial license.
I have used this system for over 10 years with no problems and I'm sure that I have seen a chat system module but I can't say for sure as we use Slack as a stand alone system.
thank u very much for share w me your long time experiences
yes, i have already installed freePBX from ISO and in following days will try it, it look well
Your more than welcome.
The community behind FreeePBX is also a great place plus it's backed up by sangoma who now also own digiam the makers of Asterisk
Emacs.
