live web mtr

I found a nice old project on github which did not work anymore. In a few hours I fixed it and added some more features. In order to do that I had to customise my own mtr.
There it is now https://github.com/blackjack4494/mtr-web
You can check it out and leave some feedback. I am thinking about adding some more features. Maybe swarm/cluster. Polish that design, crank it a bit and make it mobile ready.
I kind of want to add some graphs like pingplotter got.
Also possible to add integration with openstreetmap.
I hope this will be another alternative to the mtr most looking glasses are using. They just use a simple report.

Nice.
An interesting feature would to be able to select the MTR source.
Hi blackjack4494,
Thank you for finding this and sharing
Hi
If you want to add that feature and you need resources I can help you with some resources în Europe.
Really cool! I was able to set it up under a minute.
./mtr: Failed to resolve host: lowendtalk.com: No address associated with hostname
You probably tried ipv6. let does not have ipv6
Wats ip6?
You mean mtr as a program or a source interface?
Both would be possible.
Dunno if you serious but here
https://www.guru99.com/difference-ipv4-vs-ipv6.html
super short summary:
ipv4 is what you prolly know like 8.8.8.8
ipv6 looks like this 2001:4860:4860::8888
Very nice
Someone requested that I would add a domain and add ipv6 support.
Done as requested. I updated the address in the github repo.
mtr.bambusmedia.de
As a source interface. To be able to make the test from different locations.
Well. I already opened some issues on github to keep track of my planned features. And one of them indeed is to be able to setup server-only. The webpage has a ws (websocket) stream as input so basically you can change that to whatever you like.
So you could also define a list to choose from an ip.
@ValiSXP
You are now able to set up your own server and input that source (ip) into the web client.
