Can we ask a lot of questions to the managed team of hosting in whmcs?
if we buy a managed server from some hosting company and sure they will have whmcs and then can we ask a lot of questions like much more tech support tickets inside their whmcs panel?
I heard someone said for example contabo only gives 2 hour for 1 month for 50eur does it also apply to every hosts?

There is a difference between having support on everything and managed hosting; if you fuck shit up you're still reponsible and the provider may ask for additional payments if you ruin configuration or ask dumb questions.
