Europe Traceroute Request
Need favor from the community, in particular members who are in Europe. I'm trying to optimize our network for Europe as we have a POP in UK now, would appreciate if you could do traceroute tests to 116.251.208.201, and reverse traceroutes from our network via http://www.oneasiahost.com/lg/ to your IP. Please censor your public IP before posting up, or if your worried about being targeted do PM me the results.
PS I'm not particularly familiar with each country's main ISPs, some comments about your ISP would help a lot! (eg. SingTel is Singapore's largest ISP)
I'm mainly looking for results from end-user networks (home/office) instead of server based networks (VPS/etc) as most of these server based networks openly peer, but any result is welcome. Target is for both forward/reverse traceroute to be optimized paths that don't end up going through USA. Target latency would be 200ms (UK) and <100ms around EU before factoring in your transport (3G/4G/DSL/Cable/FTTH) latency.

@Kenshin the majority of home users here are on LAN connection, so only a few ms between them and the provider's core. There are some ADSLs too, but they are not too many because the competition is usually much better.

Nah that's the smaller part of the problem, the bigger problem is that it's hard to get the various country's main ISPs to peer so I need the traceroute from the user's end to see where it's going via.
@Kenshin well, the majority of our customers are smaller residential ISPs in Varna and the region, so i'd say the traceroute is pretty good representation of the end user's experience, at least here

HE is intended for USA bound routes, though your outgoing shouldn't be going through Europe. Have fixed that, do trace again.
Speed isn't an issue, most of my Europe routes should be peering based, where I have plenty of capacity.
