I joined their service yesterday and the vps gone offline soon.I have submit two tickets to Technical Support, hope they can fix the issue.
But I didn’t got any reply, (tickets id: #872108 & #839849). How can I do?
Thanks

Weekend. Give it some time. People have lives whereas we LETers do not.
A simple search would suggest they've lied!
You know, don't believe everything on the internet.
OH!!! Thanks Korey, they have many bad comments....so sad.How can I do now?
You’ve already created two tickets ? Lovely!
... third time lucky?
Don't need to create more than 1 ticket a day. Just be patience and remember what the image says: "You are never alone when you are with HostMyBytes" =P
Does this count ?

My bet is first ticket was bumped 10 times at minimum and ticket two is "look at ticket ID xxxxx" bump bump bump
$10 says PEBKAC or something easily resolved through service management like clicking boot/reinstall
I bet this too. And then the OP is surprised the poor chap working on the weekend started doing the tickets by sorting them by last activity descending ;-)
Oldest first is the only way to do tickets
Pretty confident you've probably broken your unmanaged VPS yourself, why do people who have no idea on managing, troubleshooting and fixing issues in servers buy unmanaged?
2 tickets, 2 threads. what's the big deal??
None.
OP abandoned both anyway.
This is just in fairness to the provider and a free lesson to the OP on the assumption that he will be back to see this responses before creating another whining ticket to complain about another company (see OP post history on WHT).
